What it is

The Claude Opus 4.5 Migration Plugin (named "claude-opus-4-5-migration", version 1.0.0) is a skill that updates your code and prompts to be compatible with Opus 4.5. It is intended for projects currently using Sonnet 4.x or Opus 4.1. The skill automates the migration process. It handles model strings, beta headers, and other configuration details that need to change when moving to Opus 4.5. The skill is not limited to the initial migration. If you run into issues with Opus 4.5 after migrating, you can keep using it to adjust your prompts.
